1 Peter 3:1 Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives; Ephesians 5:22-24 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.

Here is a short video of each team showing their team spirit!!
They had a really good time cheering for their team. They will continue to compete against each others as a team and as individuals all year for points in the following areas: daily devotions, saying verses, bringing visitors, participating in other ministries in the church, christian service, attendance, and that's all I can think of right now. This is a wonderful ministry and we have wonderful team sponsors that encourage and uplift our teens as needed. Thanks Bruce, Kristi, Chris, & Dana for your hard work!! We love ya'll!
I am proud of all our teens and the stand for Christ that they have taken!!! Praise the Lord for so many young people wanting to service the Lord in everything they do!!!!
Enjoy you day!
God is good!!!

Congratulations!!!!!! BHS Wildcat Marching Band!!!!!!
I am so proud of all of them but especially for Taylor, my daughter. She plays the flute and also had a special part in the program. Their theme this year is America's Past Time....Baseball of course. Near the end of the program Taylor and Jesus'(a boy in the band) put there instruments down and he picks up a ball and glove and she picks up a bat and play a pretend game of baseball. Sorry, I am a bad blogger and didn't have my camera.....but I will try to remember to take it to this Saturday's competition and take some pics or videos to share with yall. They will be headed to Upper State Competition this Saturday in Clinton, SC.

I hope you all have a good rest of the week and weekend!
I may have some pics to post of our trip when we get back!
