Dr. Larry Brown

On Monday night, Dr. Brown, preached out of Psalm 126:1 When the LORD turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream. Psalm 137:1-5 on How to get your dreams back and on Tuesday night he preached out of Job 1:10
Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land. And Job 42:10
And the LORD turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before. Both services were really great, but Tuesday really spoke to my heart. It was about building hedges. The title was "Three ingredients that the devil encountered when he went to Job's house".

1. He encountered a hedge that he could not penetrate.
a. A personal hedge
b. A property hedge
c. A powerful hedge

2. He encountered a heart he could not provoke.

3. He encountered a harvest he could not prevent.

I have always tried to pray a hedge of protection around our home, around my children and also around my husband. But at times I get so busy with everyday life that I fail to do that and now I have a renewed since of urgency to make certain that I pray hedges around my home and family DAILY.
